For over 25 years, I have been helping clients and families who have a variety of issues ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, physical/emotional abuse, substance abuse, and childhood concerns. I believe in personal caring treatment. You come first! Also, in my 30+ years of sobriety, I have learned the best approaches to dealing with all types of addictions or just how best to help those who don't think they have that big of a problem. Often, the hardest part is just making the call. I always talk about the strength and wisdom it takes to reach out for resources and tools. If you take the chance and come in just once, I can almost guarantee that you will be glad you did and feel benefit and help from our contact.
Also, I have a small qualified, experienced staff who are also available to help.

I get satisfaction out of passing on training, experience, tools, and resources to clients and seeing the changes and benefits that result in their lives. I get to be on the journey with people who are coming in because they are struggling with problems in their lives. That is a great priviilege.
