I built my own life-coaching business, Mollified Minds, during COVID, as a way of reaching out to others to help with life, relationship, spiritual, and all other needs! My ideal client is someone whose passion for health and mental wellness matches my own. I truly enjoy finding out more about what makes others think and act the way they do, and I believe each session is a journey where you get to travel with the other person and discover the reasons and solutions to each and every problem they may be facing. Ideally, the client will be willing to look at themselves in an honest and candid manner and be comfortable with me doing the same, so that they can grow and discover their inner power and inner strengths and use those to build themselves into the strongest version of themselves they can be!

    I start with a complimentary phone interview to see if we are a good fit, then set up weekly Zoom sessions, or biweekly if necessary. Check-ins and accountability texts are included for free!

    I am also a nurse, and a Life Coach.  Nursing has helped me with health and wellness coaching, and also in client education. I have a Master's from UTSA in counseling and a Bachelor's in Psychology

    My pricing is flexible depending on the customer's financial situation!

    COVID actually started my business, when I saw a great need to help mentally, spiritually, and in careers. I couldn't do counseling yet because of COVID, but I could coach, so I figured I'd do something useful!

    Every kind-children, teens, adults, the elderly, the sick, the well, you name it!
