CH Fuller Associates Counseling
About
I am an experienced counseling, helping clients address complex issues quickly so they are able to move forward. Today could be the beginning of a more fulfilling life, and one in which you recognize your strengths, even if you aren't feeling that strong right now. Challenging circumstances occur in life which leave us confused, feeling ill-equipped to deal with a particular situation or without direction. Whether you’re experiencing a major crisis or seek a life that is more fulfilling, I’m here to help. My goal in my counseling and therapy practice is to work with my clients to help them discover personal strengths and focused direction which allows them to experience a life with positive purpose, increased hope and contentment.
We can’t undo what has happened in the past, but we can take steps to positively change relationships and gain insights for today and the future. Along the way, we’ll work together to uncover and address negative messages which may be undermining your progress. Whether it’s individual, couple or family counseling, I look forward to working with you to help you achieve your goals. Please contact me to begin this journey today.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I understand it's difficult to find time for counseling, even in crisis situations. My goal is to help my clients address issues as quickly as possible, so they are able to live happier, more productive lives.
We ask all clients to register online, on our HIPAA-compliant website at www.CliftonFuller.com. This allows opportunity for them to share information which I review prior to the initial session. This means the initial session is an actual working counseling session (not just a 'get-to-know-you' session). When you come to the first session, I know exactly what issues you are trying to address, and we begin on those issues immediately.
I teach my clients to see and understand the 'process' of what is really happening in their lives, the 'triggers' that set off emotions (& help identify why), and obtain control and assurance in dealing with issues in the future.
My fee is $180 per hour (can be an individual, couple or family, fee is by hour, not per person).
We provide an invoice to clients and encourage them to file insurance, however, we do not file insurance, nor are in-network with any insurance plans any longer. (If a therapist is in-network, they are contracted to the insurance carrier, and if the carrier wants info on the client, even if the client doesn't want that info released, the provider must provide insurance requested info or notes. Out-of-network providers, however, can provide reports that clients feel comfortable with info being shared, as the provider is not legally contracted with the insurance carrier. Being out-of-network allows greater confidentiality and control of mental health information by the client).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed in 3 areas: Marriage & Family Therapy, as a Professional Counseling, as a Social worker. I come from three schools of thought to provide a fuller look at complex situations clients may present.
