I am so happy with my sales person John, who came out and measured, gave me a flat fixed fee and didnt nickel and dime me to death (like four other quotes), then the guys who came out Julian and his assistant, were a pleasure. On time, ripped up the old, cleaned the concrete, new pad and gorgeous new plush carpet.. Thank you so much Carlsons!!

Had two rooms of Hardwood installed and Master bedroom re-carpeted. From the beginning top the end I was very satisfied with the whole process. Jeff Jr listened to what I wanted and patiently answered my questions helping me with my choices. He promptly provided an estimate that was a turn key price. Responded to my questions in a timely manner, someone was available in the store when i wanted to reconsider one of my choices. The installers were hard working to complete job in timely manner and cleaned up. I was comfortable having them in my home. i would recommend you visit Carlsons if considering new carpet or hard flooring

We worked with Jeff Jr. and we were impressed every step of the way! He made sure that we understood everything that was happening through the entire installation and afterwards came out to look at some areas that needed a bit of attention and he has those fixed immediately!

The installers were just as amazing! Very conscientious and thorough. They pointed out any issues they ran into and made sure we approved before they made any changes. They were also very polite and considerate.

Better price than all 4 other bids. Customer service was absolutely off the charts. We actually had a small plumbing issue come up after the floors were already put in. Jeff and the team removed the wet flooring, dried out the damp flooring and replaced the flooring with new flooring, all on their own dime...all of this on a Saturday and Sunday so we could get our home listed. Im not sure I can say Ive ever dealt with a harder working contractor with such impeccable customer service. If youre anywhere in the San Antonio / New Braunfels area, this is the place for flooring!
