Get to know them, establish a working relationship.

Training with local CPA'S, and IRS education and training. Liberty Tax, Jackson Hewitt, State registration for tax preparers. Licensed Tax Accountant. Small Business University of Texas in San Antonio, TX. Data Entry, Notary registered with the Secretary of State in Texas

How did you get started in this business?
My mother was being taken advantage of so she asked me to care for her accounts and the more I did it the more my mother would tell people how I kept her account balanced and it grew thru my family and friends. Taking my time to get to know each individual as a person not their money. My mother always said It's a gift from God.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Single families to Small Business accounts. Some have come and some have gone due to life changes. Always praying for our clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
make sure they have their attention to help you if your a more complex taxpayer. Ask questions lots of them.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Any and all questions. Never feel that your questions are not important or have a need to talk about.
