What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct the initial tax interview and assess the client's needs and propose a plan to help the client achieve their goals. We gather information in person, via email, fax or telephone and then prepare return or reports. I meet with the client and review the tax return and answer any questions before signing. Almost all return are filed electronically, because of IRS requirements.
