What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with meeting you locally - at your Round Rock business, in a coffee shop, or in a bar :). This meeting focuses on discovery of your business goals and determining what MultiRocket can do help you meet these goals.
Once we understand the goals we develop a digital marketing strategy for your business and send you a proposal. Our pricing will be transparent and predictable.
Upon your acceptance of our proposal, we begin implementing the systems and tools necessary to achieve your Round Rock marketing goals. This is the most interactive period of the development process. We need a lot of information to ensure that we accurately and effectively present the brand to the digital public. Please anticipate a few hours of direct engagement with us during this period. We're local to the Austin and Round Rock area - so we will also bring in a photographer/videographer if desired to produce engaging pictures and content for your website and social media outlets.
Once the website, tools, listings, social media, etc. are all in place we focus on creating meaningful engagement with customers that increases local awareness, improves your business reputation, and builds trust with the local community. We do this by creating continuous web and social media content, and implementing tools and services to monitor and respond to reviews and references (good and bad) to your business.
Our most comprehensive service costs less than a single minimum wage employee. We only take on a few clients per employee - to ensure that MultiRocket provides the focused attention your business needs and expects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
35 years IT development and project management experience. Masters of Science degree in Data Management. Certified Project Management Professional. Certified Amazon Web Services Cloud Practioner.
