I provide caring, compassionate, collaborative therapy for teens, individuals, and couples. My goal is to help empower you to solve, or accept, the issues that you have. No one can live a life free of adversity, sadness, or day to day problems. But you can have better tools in which to handle those things!
Counseling has been my childhood dream! Helping others find solutions is just my thing. I love it. I recently opened a practice in Rockwall after working in the McKinney area. I enjoy serving the community in which I live.
I enjoy helping others learn how to create balance in life. We all strive for it yet most of us do not know how to get it. I can help!
