At Canvas Counseling & Wellness we specifically keep our areas of expertise limited, and our caseloads light to ensure each client gets the highest level of support, help and care.
We are full of highly trained counselors trained in Trauma EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), Anxiety & Fear, Addiction & Betrayal, and Teen/ Gen Z. Our staff highly trained to recognize what is needed through a session and accommodate it to the specific area you need.
Choosing the right therapist can be a stressful and scary process. Especially when life already seems so unmanageable. This is NOT something we take lightly.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Therapy is an investment and we make it worth every penny. What is included is the following:
-Personalized Sessions prior to the first therapy session
-Email or text me updates that I read prior to your session so we can get right to work from the minute we meet
-Availability to schedule crisis sessions as needed outside of regular hours and longer sessions if desired
-(optional) Coordinate care with other healthcare service providers such as massage or physical therapist, OB/GYN, primary care physician, etc.
