Here, the customer is always right. Give me an opportunity to showcase my skills.
I am an engineer by training (masters degree and professional license) and I enjoy number crunching. Tax preparation is simpler but more exciting. These numbers are actual dollars. They are not numbers but dollars that do impact life. It is exciting working to ensure that you get your maximum refund. This is my passion and excitement: explaining and resolving your tax issues and concerns while getting you, the maximum refund you are entitled to. TRY ME!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact customer to know ascertain their needs, review documentation and recommend a way forward and solution. Then I do the return or commence on resolution. If you do not like the output or outcome, you owe nothing!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained tax preparer in H&R Block, Jackson Hewitt and Liberty atax services. Over 700 hours of training. I am also an engineer - crunching number does not bother, in fact I like numbers, especially when they translate to dollars.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge by the form from $69 for a simple return. I can give you estimate when I know the forms I will be preparing for you. Again, you can cancel work anytime and you owe nothing.
How did you get started in this business?
After initial 99 hour trading with H&R Block, I worked for Block for 15 years, Jackson Hewitt for 6 years and Liberty tax for three years then decided to open my own practice.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All sorts from simple returns to complex returns, including owners of corporations, LLC and sole proprietors; owners of rental housing units, truck operators, daycare providers, etc., tax resolutions with IRS and IRS court filings
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they have and continue to have formal training and not acquire knowledge through the software. Make sure they practiced in a large environment before stricking out on their own. The other preparers they worked with become a great resource. And ensure they tell you how they perform research when needed.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Gather all income and expenditure information. Decide who your dependents are.
