I start from consultation and assessment. This method has helped me to understand my client’s needs and given me the ability to express empathy through reflective listening.
It gives me the opportunity to fathom the discrepancy between clients' goals and their current behavior. Avoiding arguing with them and allowing them express themselves freely. It supports self-efficacy and optimism

$100 per session for all services such as couples counseling, Pre-marital counseling, Life coaching and anger management.
