1. Make the first phone call to get to know the customer and their business need
2. Do a video call to get to learn more about the customer
3. Collect all the information and documents required to carry out the task.
4. Let the customer know the rate and how payment will be made to start the task.
5. Keep the customer on with progress report.
6. Finish and review work with customer.
7. Complete the task and get the customer a result.
