I have 35 years of tax experience including 32 years as a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. I also have tax and secretary of state filing experience in all 50 states. My boutique practice is operated out of my home, so my clients are not paying for overhead. I obtained my real estate license in 2009, which was an expansion of my real estate knowledge in my capacity as a CPA. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first 30 minute phone or in person consultation is complimentary, so we can get to know each other, and see if it's a good fit. The next step in the relationship is often to discuss if the business structure is most advantageous for the client's closely held business. The engagement is individually structured to meet the unique needs of that client.
