I help my clients with a plethora of life‘s issues – depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, grief, self-esteem, assertiveness, general life stressors and adjustments, psychological assessment for pre-bariatric patients, weight loss counseling curriculum for emotional eaters, self-worth curriculum addendum to WeightLoss curriculum.
My career in the field of psychotherapy has been terrifically rewarding! First of all, I feel honored to be trusted and allowed into my clients lives. Second of all, I am consistently fascinated with the process… And every client goes through a different process. Each person understands the world and their role in it quite differently, and I truly enjoy helping them evolve into their best version. Third of all, seeing someone realize something, become enlightened, make a change, get excited, achieve a goal… Makes every minute worth it!
