What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free consultation to see if we are a good fit. If we are a good fit I then that time to ask questions about your business to identify key areas that need improvement or that are of concern. I will then offer a strategy ask for information to complete the job and then we will meet again the following week so that I can provide an update.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of taxation and Accounting as a career working with medium to small sized businesses. I also offer tax planning to save clients on their business taxes. I can set up Quickbooks and provide monthly accounting services or I can provide one on one consulting.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, I provide a tiered pricing of different services. They vary based off of the client strategy session. Because I work with small and medium sized businesses it really depends on the scope of the work and what all has to be done. I do charge on average $75/hr to start and go up from there.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in this business as a consultant and then realized that there were a lot of people that needed my help. I then decided to charge for my services to share the knowledge I have and to build a relationship with my clients long term.
