What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients either upload documents via secure portal or drop off in our office. We communicate during the prep process by either email, text, or phone. Upon completion signatures can be done electronically or in person. The return is filed electronically and copies are made available in client's personal portal or picked up in office. Payment is made at time of filing or can be taken from refund with no upfront costs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is in Business Administration because I specialize in helping small businesses relieve the stress of bookkeeping and taxes. As a Registered Tax Return Preparer, I complete 15 hours of Continuing Professional Education each year to stay up to date on tax law changes, etc.
