My company has the habitual patterns assessment, which helps people identify 17 different groups of behavior that prevent them from being successful personally and professional. I know how to change these behaviors. I have also have the Leadership Practice inventory, which determines leader behavior. The IDI is a very thorough assessment to determine knowledge and experience in dealing with diverse workforces. I impact people and organization.
