What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is have a discovery session where we learn about your business and your needs. Once you decide to work with our company, we will establish our terms of engagement and you will go through our onboarding process. Then the work begins and we report to you on a regular basis as determined in the agreed upon terms of engagement.
