I am degreed and trained as a clinical psychologist. I work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, struggling with anxiety disorders, relationship challenges, addictions, and more. I am a Certified Life Coach, Certified Grief Educator, trained by grief expert David Kessler, Christian/Spiritual Coach, and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in the State of Texas. I am a licensed and ordained Minister. I practice from a holistic and faith based ideology. I have 15 years of work experience within the mental health field. I am passionate about empowering, enhancing, and transforming lives; one by one.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building rapport is the most important and then asking the client what they desire to work on because they are the experts on themselves.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. I am a Certified Life Coach. I am licensed in the realm of addiction.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, my pay rate is $150 for Addiction therapy and $250 for Life Coaching services per session hour. I accept credit cards, cash, and pay pal. BCBS Blue Choice PPO members provided.
How did you get started in this business?
I have working in mental health field for approximately 20 years in varying capacities and keeps me involved in the field is the people. I value speaking life and watching positive transformation in the lives of others. I know the power of my own life journey and I want to pay forward what I have gleaned along the way. We are stronger together.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have been fortunate to work with diverse populations, students, adolescents, and from diverse social economic status.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am enjoying providing Life Coaching. It is rewarding watching individuals uncover their inner strength and establish new life goals. #priceless.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would make sure they are licensed and have at least five years of specialized experience.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I would customers should internal reflect if they are willing to fully commit to themselves and upon this wellness journey. If they do not feel ready to invest in themselves; I would recommend waiting.
