I have been a tax preparer for over 20 years. I started my career at a CPA Firm. I am very passionate about what I do. I like to help my clients find ways to reduce their tax liability and reach their financial goals. I am also a commissioned notary.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will have a new customer provide their email so I can get them set-up in my secure icloud portal where all their tax documents are maintained. There the customer will upload any and all tax related documents.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree as well as a Masters degree in Accounting.

How did you get started in this business?
I started as an intern in a CPA Firm and on to be hired at another firm as the office manager/tax preparer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with various type of customers. The majority of my client base are individual tax filers and I have some clients who file business income as well.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was able to help my nail technician in a crunch get her 1099-NECs for her employees filed timely & issued. I was also about to get her partnership tax documents filed timely.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Take your time to find a professional that suits yours needs. You also want to make sure the tax professional listens to your needs and is able to help you address and provide accurate solutions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Clients should ask any questions that they are uncertain of even if they think it doesn't apply to taxes it may be relevant to their tax situation.
