My experience. I've been licensed over 30 years and am also a retired nurse (RN). My training includes working with severe mental illness, substance abuse, trauma history, anxiety disorders and simple "stress" (relationships, work, parenting). I have a seminary degree for those who are interested in the spiritual aspect of well-being.

I love watching people transform from "not good enough" to imperfectly perfect. I love hearing them feel empowered to get their needs met (in a manner that enhances relationships). I feel pleasure when people learn to connect and to give and receive love. Life can be difficult. We first survive, then we thrive.
