I prepare complete investor packages for clients seeking to raise capital. That includes the business plan, a sophisticated model that generates a complete set of GAAP-compliant pro forma financial statements and supporting schedules, and a pitch deck for presenting the opportunity to potential investors. I have over 25 years of experience in management consulting and acting as CFO for my clients. I've helped clients raise many millions of dollars. There is a huge difference between a cookie cutter business plan and a professional investor package. I deliver top quality. I have an Ivy League education (Cornell) and an MBA from USC.
I suppose I am a geeky schoolboy at heart who enjoys reading, writing, and arithmetic. Preparing investor packages requires research, preparing a quality business plan and pitch deck, and creating a flexible, powerful financial model that generates a five year financial forecast. There you have it - reading, writing, and arithmetic. I also enjoy working with people who are stepping out to fulfill their dream of starting their own company. Typically start with a phone conversation to clarify client requirements, prepare detailed proposal for work products to be developed, execute Letter of Engagement with retainer, and prepare work products, with final payment due upon completion.

I have over 25 years of management and management consulting experience, Ivy League education, strong engineering background, and MBA.

I analyze the estimated hours required o complete work products for a client anc charge $150/hr for the project.

Software company CEOs requested I help them with raising capital.

Many types: software, hardware, oil & gas industry, renewable energy, restaurants, technology, aerospace, and others. I typicallly work with top management to develop investor packages. I also work as a part time CFO to do accounting.
