What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first process is initial contact per their preferred method & then establishing first a trust of communication. Next, we want to get background from their tax situation. Being truthful about their tax situation, can help us better assess what the client may need & to be honest with them how we can assist.

Yes my fees are based on standard return & forms to more extensive tax situation. Fees are based on forms, but some tax situations, require extensive research & time.
