Wright Path Counseling
About
Pain is relevant. Whether you’ve experienced trauma or are seeking extra help through life changes, your experience, feelings, and concerns are valid. This is the most important truth I want all of my clients to know. The space we share in your sessions is a safe space to help you navigate the challenges in your life where there is no judgment. It is a space of collaboration between the two of us as you work towards your personally-set goals. I offer online mental health services to Texas residents who prefer meeting through the privacy of your own space.
By achieving greater understanding of yourself and your life challenges, you are empowered to move forward with greater confidence, acceptance, and peace. We explore what brings you to our shared space and work towards finding the tools to help you achieve your goals.
The best part of my job is when my clients have lightbulb moments of clarity and the moments of empowered peace that follow hard work on the self. Change is possible.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will receive a free 15-20 minute virtual consultation to discuss your situation and hope for working with me. This gives you a chance to get a feel for me as well before jumping in.
Once you decide to work with me, we'll spend some time helping me get to know you a bit better and your goals for what you'd like to get out of counseling services.
I want you to feel comfortable and I want you to know that our work together is about getting you where you want to be.
Please note that my services are 100% telehealth (virtual).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2018 and am currently licensed as a Texas LPC Intern (License No: 80959) under the supervision of Samantha Airhart-Larraga, Ph.D., LPC-S. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I currently work for Wright Path Counseling, a 100% telehealth private practice servicing Texas residents.
I am frequently seeking out opportunities to continue to learn, and am currently focused on trauma, taking a masters course on trauma. I am also beginning EMDR training this fall.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started in this business?
I've always wanted to help others. I began as a music teacher and wanted to do more. I became a school counselor to focus on working with children for a while and now enjoy working with adults and teenagers individually.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with a wide range of clients with trauma, abuse and neglect, anxiety, depression, and those experiencing life changes that become too difficult to walk through on one's own.
