We are active providers for Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Scott & White Health Plan, Tri-West (Veterans Choice Program),Texas Medicaid, Superior Health Care Insurance and numerous Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). Give us a call to discuss eligibility under your specific insurance. If you choose not to use any insurance/benefits, we can arrange private pay options.
