About
I have a holistic approach which incorporates body, mind, will, emotions and the spiritual side. I look at how each are influenced or affected by life and the current situation. I provide information for you to choose from herbs and other alternative sources.
I have enjoy helping people find what they are looking for in life. I have seen many people grow, save their marriages, become independent and be freed from the weight that they carried. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with studies in Marriage and family and a second MA in Christian Studies. I have been certified as a Fitness Trainer, Herbalist, and Teacher.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the reasons for the visit and set up goals that are doable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Trauma, Marriage Counseling, Depression/anxiety. I am currently working on a certification in Integrated Therapy.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I work with people through insurance primarily. I do accept self pay with a fee scale. My standard rates are $120.00 for the first visit and $90.00 there after.
How did you get started in this business?
I fell into counseling as an extension of what I was already doing. I have enjoyed helping people as long as I can remember.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with ADHD, Autism, Schizophrenia, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Stress, Sleep, Weight loss and Pain primarily. However, I have also helped with physical and spiritual issues as well.
