What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is meeting or a phone call consultation for 15 min free of charge before taking new client. That way, if client can be comfortable knowing that a real person is handling their file.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My BS is in computer science and my MS is in Accounting specifically in Taxation.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My stadard pricing is $150 per hour for tax preparation.
Bookkeeping is $75 per hour and IRS represenation is $175 per hour.
