Our staff has a myriad of educational experiences. Bryce is a Certified Faith-based Clinical Counselor, whose Faith-Based Counselor credentials were attained through the International Institute of Faith-based Counseling and he also has taken courses in Biblical studies at International House of Prayer University as well as an ordination program through the Orlando House of Prayer. Further studies included Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and nonprofit management from the University of North Texas.
Professional Counselor credentials are held by several staff including Jen who has an LPC and is a seasoned mental health professional. She has extensive knowledge and skills in a variety of counseling modalities and practices, as well as understanding of pharmacology, medication options, as well as ECT, MST, and TMS as options for treating depression. The use of Ketamine for depression as well as GABA when dealing with addiction or cravings..The first Counseling degree she attained was in 1995 and was a BS in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling at UT Southwestern University Medical center. First MA Professional Counseling, MA School Counseling, as well as Doctoral studies in Ed.Psych and MA Special Education with an emphasis on assessment and diagnostic evaluation from UNT. She has training in providing Art Therapy and Play Therapy as well as case management and Intervention services.
