Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We charge per form...
We're very comparable to HR Block, Jackson Hewitt, and the other major chains
the only difference is we provide a personal touch and go far deeper than these firms to understand our clients needs.
How did you get started in this business?
We started our business October 22, 2012 after discussing our desire to offer a holistic tax and financial planning service.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with customers all up and down the income stream. Dentist, Doctors, Business Owners, & and ordinary people who want/desire a more personal touch with their service provider.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recent event I am very fond off is helping a new client who after completing her taxes uncovered she didn't have life insurance for her two children in her and was able to help her out. It was confirmation, I was doing the right thing by going deeper than just pushing in numbers and moving to the next client.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions about thier experience, values, and if offer support outside of simply just doing your taxes.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should think about what is important to them and what they are looking for. Cost is only an issue in the absense of value. If you just want someone to push in some numbers and little value other than that, commute that to them but if you're looking for more of a tax and financial advisor than think about this too.
