What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I use an app to communicate with clients to make an appointment by phone then get the app and first step is fill it out intake, interview, design of plan of action base on client needs, weekly session and follow up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Background in Social Work, Life Coach certification/ Art therapy
How did you get started in this business?
I first learned about coaching when I hit a roadblock in my own life and was struggling to move past it.The techniques I developed were so successful that friends and family began asking me for help with their own challenges.
