Often times, people focus on "actions" to get things done, I focus on who you're "being" in the midst of actions. This offers life balance, changes your trajectory, and creates intentional living.
I love coaching others to reach their finish line. My joy comes from being a part of the team that cheers you on while holding you accountable for what "you" say "you" want. When end results are met, I am speechless!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am analytical and creative. This allows me to experience the best of both worlds, left brain and right brain thinking. I have a degree in organizational psychology, a certificate in business administration, and I'm a certified life coach specializing in emotional intelligence. I've worked on Wall Street in the financial sector, and I've worked on Broadway in the creative field. I have a good understanding of how challenges do not discriminate, but people do (mentally towards themselves). To get my clients to think outside the familiar box, I help logical thinkers embrace issues creatively, and creative thinkers embrace issues logically. This bridges the mental gap of limitation and effectively moves them beyond self appointed "one-way" thinking patterns and into the new experiences life has to offer.
How did you get started in this business?
I first received coaching to reinvent my life after a divorce and becoming a single mother. I admired the methodical way I was charged with becoming accountable for how I felt, being responsible for my next step, and making intentional choices. I desire to assist others to liberate themselves during their most challenging moments in this way.

Make sure the coach you choose, chooses you right back... with their heart and soul.
