I enjoy assiting families of all kinds through transition.  Sometimes the transaition may be estate planning and will drafting making plans for the future.  Other times that transition may be saying goodbye to a loved one and working through the business side of death.  At each of these major life events, I enjoty being there to help my clients navigate through certain trecherous pitfalls that may lie ahead - just out of site.

I am fortunate to be a trained Collaborative Law attorney.  I can provide you information on a relativbely new approach to dispute resolution.  One that may say you time, money and most importantly..relationships.  Many times relationships are the collateral damage of litigation.  Ask your Christiansen Davis Attorney about the possiblity of the Collaborative Process to resolve your matter.
