How did you get started in this business?
Worked 12 years as a computer programmer/ analyst and then started my own consulting business in 2004 to service online businesses. My technical and marketing consulting business has been in operation for over 15 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My customers over the years have primarily consisted of online investing educators, personal development experts, and business coaches. I have worked with many other types of businesses as well.

Digital Marketer's Traffic & Conversion Summit. I have attended every event they have sponsored for the past 10 years.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure your personalities are compatible for a working relationship and ask the right questions to verify the skills and experience of the service provider.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Pros always need lots of details about a potential project before they can give a pricing estimate with confidence. The more details you can provide, the more accurate the estimate will be.
