What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with my client make sure that they have all their documents in order , and all their dependents information in order if everything is in order , we will do the return right then and there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certificates in accounting and business from Houston Community college, I am License through the IRS, and I do continuing education in IRS Tax related matters every year
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in Business in 1984 , I went to H&R Block to get my taxes done , I paid a lot of money to get the taxes done , I had four dependants under the age of 16 and I notice how small my refund was so i called the IRS to see what the problem was, the irs told me I Did'nt get my earned income credit and that I needed to do an amendment to my return. i did'nt know where to start but I started any way got required paperwork from IRS read all the details filled it out, in about 2 weeks had my refund, been hooked on doing taxes every since.

The thing I am most fond of I still have customers from 1984 and now that their children have grown up I even have them for customers
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise any customer to come have a talk with me because I am very well qualified in the tax preparation business, and if they like what they hear we will make a good match I still got Customers from 1984.

your customers should ask can you help them get better organized with tax information, and health care information,what are the latest tax changes that effect you, are you license through the IRS, what records and documents do you need from me.
