What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the client determining what their needs are and then putting a plan in motion that is not only going to give the client the result they want but also find the solution for other needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20+ years in Bookkeeping (Quickbooks), Business Development, Tax Prep, HR, Payroll, Sales, and Business Start up.
How did you get started in this business?
I enjoy helping people and I felt that too many of them were being taken advantage due to not having the knowledge. I not only perform the job but I also educate the client.
