What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The ty process for new cusomers is to complete a client profile so that we can get to know you better during the interview process. We answer your questions about our firm to make sure we are a good fit for each other. Most importantly, we want you to know the law pertaining to your taxes and we educate you on the law to assure that you are confident and comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am IRS Compliant meaning, I get the required CPE Courses needed to continue to prepare taxes. i am in my opinion an over acheiver so, I get more than the required CPE requirements as well as the AFTR Exam as additional Certification because I believe that an I FORMED Preparer makes her clients smarter and well informed.
