What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with talking with my customers. Helping them is my first priority. I help my customer to get key information that helps them to understand me and I to understand them. So to get a feel for what they need. Step two is I input the info that is given to me. Step three I ask important and valid questions to assist is a better return. Step four I imput the new information wich helps me to calculate their refund.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in finance and accounting. I also have on the job training and I attend classes each and every year to futher promote my knowlege of taxes, laws and guidelines.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I don't have a standard pricing system. But not having one makes me more flexible in pricing.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in tax service, because I to use to go to tax services. I left those offices feeling like I don't know anything about my taxes. Feeling lost and have more questions than I recieved answers. Having kids and I worked like a dog for my income to only file my taxes to get next to nothing back. That hurt my family and I. To me the tax season is a boost to get my family ahead in bills and life so that my family don't have any or less hardships. I walked into my Blessing through a friend. She knew i have always been great with numbers. I went to school and had great teachers. I worked my first job in a tax office. I worked and learned, learned and worked. My clients were great and made it easy. I needed them and they needed me. So I devised a plan to help more people. And today I'm living dream. Thanks to great people and their families.

I have worked with easy customer with easy return and easy people with hard to difficult returns. No matter what I'm here to help.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My most recent and fondest event is I get to help my clients with their dreams. These clients have been with my company for years and I can assist them in buying their first home. Through lessons they have learned, through lessons I have taught them, through this company being consistantly on them if the want to change and tough love. They have not only started the process but purchased their homes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice for looking for a tax profession are for one.Ask for a free quote for one. Talk to a tax professional and see if they are a fit for your personality. And to find someone that has a love in helping people instead of just taking money. And lastly someone that helps you understand or someone who explain your taxes instead of just run you out their face for the next customer.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should ask if the tax preparer has a legitament tax business. Ask do you have a software you pay for or do you use a free tax software. Truthfully it makes a difference. And another important question is do you have a tax banking product. I don't think I know this is the most important question of them all.
