I am a federally licensed tax practitioner specializing in federal tax collection issues and federal taxation. An Enrolled Agent, is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers NATIONWIDE.
I retired after 32 years experience with the Internal Revenue Service as a Collection Division, Revenue Officer and has served as the Houston Area Collection Complex Case Subject Matter Expert, Collection On the Job Instructor , Collection Lead Instructor and Collection Acting Manager. This inside experience has given Mr. Garcia a complete understanding of federal tax collection process and procedures.
I am a authorized E-file provider, licensed Enrolled Agent and tax consultant. My specialty is tax representation before the IRS resolving individual, business and payroll tax debt. My experience and training in and out of the IRS have left me with the ability to resolve tax debt and get you free and clear of the IRS burden. I also work as a IRS consultant with CPA's and Attorneys who need a specialist in IRS matters.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generaly conduct a intital contact by telephone, video or in person interview to determie the intital course of action.(Due to COVID-19 precautions in person interviews are rare). An engagement letter is proposed for services and fees and a Power of Attotney for tax matters is secured and required by the IRS in order to negotiate on your behalf.
