About

I am an entrepreneur that loves to serve and deliver results for my clients. I run a Mobile Notary and Loan Signing service. I pride myself on professionalism and client satisfaction.

I understand the frustrations of low-quality services delivered contrary to what was acquired or expected.

Here is my pledge to you:

• I will confidently walk your borrower/homebuyer through all docs and the numbers including accrued interest, etc.

•Your borrowers won't be calling you during a signing for an explanation of simple things a notary should be able to provide general descriptions of.

• If there ever an error in numbers or names, you will be on speed dial and the first to know.

•No missed stamps, no missed signatures or initials, and no errors.

•No mistakes on Key docs- I know how to have the borrower fill out

•You won't miss rate lock because I ensure a timely and smooth close so you can get things wrapped up.

•I get loan docs back in the office ASAP-same day when possible.

•I am never late to an appointment and I always show up dressed professionally

•I know how to package documents so you don't have to!

I am passionate about what I do. I have open availability -not picky-holidays or weekends.

It is important to know a Mobile Notary Loan Signing Agent is properly trained and certified, giving you greater peace of mind and success.

I am Trained and Certified by the NNA, Notary Star. and the Loan Signing System (LSS) the premier educator in this field. Few NLSAs ever take the time or spend the money to go through this valuable trainings. It is estimated for instance 95% of all NLSAs do not know how to direct a client to fill out a PCOR or a Right to Cancel, or a Power of Attorney Doc. These are mistakes that can cost you valuable time and money. Ugochi has taken the Time and the Money on your behalf to make sure she is a knowledgeable and reliable NLSA.

Fully equipped Mobile Office (laser printer, pro scanner, and internet )for fast prints and scan backs

Access to Attorney's office for HELOC.

I enjoy helping with people's special document moments. I love helping out and delivering results that are expected on short notice. I making my signer relaxed through the process, walk them through and describe each document if needed. I just LOVE the "Thank You" and the smile from most of my cilents.

Get started by selecting a service

Start by deciding if you like to get notarized online, in person, or perhaps you need an apostille?

Decide when you'd like to meet with a notary.

You'll need to let us know how many documents you need notarized, what form of notarization you desire and where are physically located.

    Attend your session

    Verify ID & and sign.

During your session, the first step is ID verification. This is either done visually or physically by the notary or via a 3rd party. (Depending on which service you select)

After everyone's identity has been verified, all signers will either physically or electronically sign the document(s).

    All done!

Depending on your selected method of notarization, you will either be able to walk away with or download your document directly after the session or we will email it to you.

While on it I got a call which was a time-sensitive split signing a commercial loan. I haven’t done any previously but I didn’t reject it because I know the most important task is to get every required field filled out, signature, initial, date and notarize correctly. So I completed the signing, scanned it back, and dropped it off before cut off. And the out-of-state Escrow officer called me to say “Thank You” after she received and reviewed scan backs. SS asked if I wanted to be listed as a preferred Notary in my area!

Zero errors so far because I take my time to go through the docs with the signer and make sure nothing required is missed. I triple-check before I leave every appointment.

Why is the selection of a Notary Loan Signing Agent (NLSA) Critical to Your Business? Or Homebuyer?
With so many facets, people, and companies involved in processing a Home Mortgage, Refi, HELOC, etc… why should you put an emphasis on selecting the right Mobile Notary Loan Signing Agent (NLSA)?
To put it simply, because it's your money on the line.

Whether you are a Loan Signing Service, An Escrow Company / Officer, A Lender / Lending Officer, or the Realtor / Real Estate Agent, OR in fact even the borrower, there is a lot of money on the line for everyone concerned. Making sure the documents are signed correctly and sent back on time is critical to everyone getting what they want when they want it.

If the documents aren't signed, initialed properly, and the Notary Seals executed exactly, the documents have to go back to the borrower to be done over or amended, and that causes delays in closing, the potential for a loss rate lock, or worse the whole transaction falling through.

The truth is, the vast majority of Loan Signing Agents are not properly trained and often make mistakes or cause the Escrow Agent to work overtime.

Many Escrow Companies use Loan Signing Services to “Simplify” the process; however, it can be a shot in the dark since you are more likely to get an NLSA who is not adequately trained to be a professional extension of your team. The Escrow Agent or Office would be far better served, at least locally, having a relationship with a trusted and dependable NLSA.

Most lenders and Realtors do not realize they can require a chosen NSLA to handle their business. If you tell the Escrow Agent you require a loan to be handled by an NLSA of your choice, they must comply. This helps you know that your business is more secure in the hands of a competent member of your team.

This is why it is important to know a Mobile Notary Loan Signing Agent is properly trained and certified, giving you greater peace of mind and success.
