What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I speak with the new customer over the phone to discuss what the client needs or wants, expectations from both parties, and a location agreed upon to complete business transaction.

I am a Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent. I am a Naval Reserve Officer and former Educational Administrator.

How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the business from a friend who recommended I look into becoming a Notary.

I've worked with all types of customers to provide the best service I could provide.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent event I was fond was when I completed an I-9 for a young lady. When she arrived at the location, she was very nervous and communicated to me it was her first job. I was able to calm her down and put her at ease by expressing to her that the process would more than likely take less than 10 minutes and it wasn’t an exam. We completed the form, which put a “Big Smile” on her face.
