What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I greet the client then paper work is done. It’s very important to make sure that the client is healthy enough to receive. Things like cancer or recent surgeries are contraindications for massage. After we go over consultation. The client is escorted to to the massage room and given instructions on whether to lay face down or face up and draping protocols are also explained.
