About
As a life coach, my goal is to help women to accomplish their goals and fulfill their dreams. Sometimes dreams are set aside in order to focus on family; however, the desire to succeed never goes away. You were predestined for greatness which means your heart's desire to start a business, go to school, or whatever it is will remain with you until you've accomplished your task. As a team, we will work together to make your dreams become a reality. It is my mission to encourage, uplift, and inspire women to become all they can possibly be.
What I enjoy the most about life coaching is watching a client go from point A, an idea, to point B, the finished line. No goal is too big or too small to accomplish. Encouragement and inspiration are the keys to fulfilling your purpose.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you meet someone for the first time you typically want to get to know who they are and what they are about. My first session with a new client may be up to 2 hours long because we are building a relationship. I want the client to feel comfortable with me, I want to be comfortable with them. We want to make sure we are a good match with each other. As the client shares their story, I share mine as well. My whole goal is to build trust and confidence as we work as a team towards accomplishing the client's goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience working with women and teens in the areas of crisis, relationships, and past or present abuse. This includes 4 years mentoring and life coaching expertise. I have a Bachelors degree in Christian Counseling, Crisis Counseling, and Life Coaching, as well as a Masters in Human Services, Family/Marriage Counseling. My background experience comes from years of volunteer work at a teen shelter and women's center for domestic violence victims, personal ministry work as an online biblical counselor for 10 years as well as an email mentor for teens. Overcoming past circumstance in my life is my primary training from the school of "hard knocks".
***Disclaimer*** I am not a licensed counselor, nor am I a psychologically or medically trained therapist. I offer 'pastoral' counseling intended to bring life change through heart change.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My standard price as a life coach is $50/session with a minimum of 4 sessions.
How did you get started in this business?
It started with a desire to help people succeed. I've learned from experience trying to figure out what you want to do in life can be a challenge and at the same time an adventure. The way a person discovers their purpose in life is based on what they're passionate about. I am a podcaster who interviews individuals who are successful in their businesses because they are doing what they love. Starting a podcast was not something I planned to do but it ended up being something I love. I want to help people find their first love.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with women who deal with depression, marital problems, anxiety and stress, healing, loss of a loved one, dating & relationship issues, past or present abuse. In addition, I coach women who are looking to start a business, go back to school, change careers, or who just want a healthier lifestyle.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When looking for a Biblical counselor or Life coach, a client should look for someone who will be open and honest; someone who has their best interest at heart. Also, someone who will encourage, inspire and uplift the client, treating them as a friend. In addition, the client should look for a dependable accountability partner, someone willing to walk alongside the client as they work as a team towards accomplishing the client's goals.
