What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When a potential customer contact me, I provide a 10-15 minute consultation over the phone. Once customer feels that I am a good fit we set up an appointment for our initial Intake session. Then, we discuss the direction to go with services and explore therapeutic goals for treatment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I earned my Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University in Texas. I am also an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and CART (Certified Anger Resolution Therapist).

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I have various prices for different services.

How did you get started in this business?

I got started in the Counseling profession with a leap of faith.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with different populations of clients from all walks of life, including different ages, races, religions, and backgrounds.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I am fond of meeting different people at business and marketing events.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

As you look for a therapist, it's highly important to focus on the quality of the relationship and chemistry you have with them. Trust is everything, but looks can be deceiving. If they don't look like you, it does not mean that they will lack understanding of what you're going through and cannot help.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

If clients are seeking therapeutic services they should think about the commitment required to go through the process of treatment. This means even if they don't agree with the feedback that their therapist provide them or suggest that will promote positive mental health.
