What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial conversation with the potential client to understand and assess their specific needs. Every household, every business is different and is managed differently. After the initial assessment I like to explain the options available to them according to their situation. The most important part is to educate and inform the client in an imporant matter such as taxes so they know and understand what's happening in their home/business.

Each form has set price. The total return price will depend on the amount of forms and complexity of each form.
How did you get started in this business?
Started doing taxes in 2011 for a CPA, love helping clients understand what is happening in their taxes and what are their credits and deductions.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Individual taxpayers: from single to large families, all ages; and businesses: sole proprietorship, LLCs, S-Corporations, C- Corp
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always make sure they can explain you point by point what is going on your tax return. Don't sign anything until it has been broken down to you piece by piece and you feel comfortable with the information provided to you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Marital and family status, all sources of income, business expenses.
