What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After discussing the specific needs of the client, we prefer to email a quote for our services. If the service is within the client's budget, then we will schedule an onsite visit to go over the details in depth.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 Technicians that hold various certifications including VMware, Cyber Security, Microsoft and more.

Our service is all inclusive. We charge a set rate per device that you would like supported.

Leverage IT Group was started in 2013. The Owner is a serial entreprenaur that has owned other successful technology companies.

Our customers include businesses from all sectors of industry. Including manufacturing, finance, healthcare, insurance, etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When researching your IT support options, never give out a dollar amount of what you're willing to spend. This keeps the quotes you receive honest.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is most important to your business in regards to IT support? Is it response time, pricing, availability? Create a priority list and find the IT provider that checks off most of the items on you list.
