I am Haiden Turner, an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with certification on every version of QuickBooks since Intuit began certification testing in 1999. I help QuickBooks users solve complicated issues they face in loading and modifying data, custom reporting, business process automation, and more. I help you get the most out your QuickBooks system by getting it set-up correctly from the beginning, or later if wasn’t done right to begin with, using the functionality of the program to the greatest degree, taking advantage of add-ons and integrated applications that can extend the capabilities of QuickBooks, analyzing and reporting on your data to gain greater insight into your operations, and automating manual processes to eliminate double entry and reduce the possibility of errors. I know that almost every organization can have unique challenges and special needs. I carefully listen to you to understand what you need and then I apply the many years of experience I have in business, information technology, and QuickBooks to get you the solution, or solutions, that are the best and which represent the best value to you.
My purpose is to solve complex problems relating to accounting and technology for businesses and nonprofit organization. There is always something new and interesting to be discovered, learned, and mastered in this field of endeavor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client consists of the following: 1) An initial call to get a general understanding of your current situation, an overview of your business, and an explanation of your needs. 2) Execution of a Non-disclosure Agreement (if needed) and an Engagement Letter to set out general statement of work and the terms of the business realtionship. 3) Review of data you may provide, such as you exisitng QuickBooks company data file, or other relevant data. 4) On site meeting(s), if appropriate and desired. 5) Performance of the work including integration into your enviromnment, training, and ongoing support.

Our standard billig rates range from $200 to $125 per hour.
How did you get started in this business?
I started selling accounting software in the 1980's while I was in Public Accounting working as a CPA. I sold my CPA firm in 2002 and formed Winged Disc Technologies, LLC the next year.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have working businesses in a wide variety of industries as an Auditor, Tax Advisor/Preparer, Business Management Consultant, Systems Designer and Implementor, Specialized Accounting Technology Service Provider, and Software Value-Added Reseller. Although I have experience with and can help almost any type of business, those that have the complexities of inventory or job cost accounting will especailly benefit.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently attended Scaling New Heights (a QuickBooks consultant-focused annual event) in Orlanda, FL.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who listens to you more than they talk about themselves.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Do I need a subject-area expert becasue my needs are so complex, or can a generalist suffice?
Do you understanding that a consulant is like a doctor - the diagnoses may be upsetting and the cure may be difficult.
