What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually request that a prospective client schedule an initial 30 minute consult with me via my calendar: calendly.com/fortitudefinc to determine if we are a good fit.
If we are a good fit, I'll forward an engagement letter for services and request information needed to prepare tax returns, tax planning or financial coaching services. Financial coaching is completed online with weekly checkin calls or Zoom video conferences.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor in Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration
