What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to sit down with the client and talk about their vision and goals. We learn about their business, what matters, what works and what doesn't and what makes them unique. All this is crafted into impactful copy and unique graphics all search optimized and fast loading.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nearly 100 years experience on staff in half a dozen disciplines. Each of the team is a work at home professional following their passion. We research every line of code.

First page is $600 and includes domain, hosting, logo, email, design, copy, graphics and SEO, plus, plus, plus.
Additional pages are around $200. Special features may be extra.
10% discount for veterans and special pricing for non-profits.
How did you get started in this business?
As a hobby for 20 years and 20 years of professional project management experience and the desire to raise the bar in design led me to start Mad Scientist Web Design.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Lawyer, pharmacy, manufacturers, therapist, housekeeper, professionals wanting an online resume, insurance broker to name a few.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We installed a high-security file transfer form on a clients' website so 3D data files could be uploaded with a request for quote.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Beware of off-shore coders and folks who won't answer the phone. Paying more does not ensure quality work. Don't be shy, ask direct questions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Visualize and set specific goals. What is unique about you? What value can you add for your customer? Think outside the box, in your wildest dreams, what would you like to do online?
