What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers fill out our safe and secure online application. They can also request a 20 minute consultation before hand however after the application is submitted a tax specialist will be in contact with in a few hours. We strive on building relationships with our clients so we can better understand their tax needs. Once their taxes are complete, we will contact the customer again before moving forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some of our tax specialist have 25+ years of tax experience and have owned successful businesses in the financial, educational and financial world so we have a well rounded knowledge of taxes. Each tax specialist is required to complete our personalized online training each tax season to stay up to date on the new changes in taxes.

Our tax system charges by form in which we have limited control however our prices start at $299.
How did you get started in this business?
Aside from working with individuals on their financial planning and budgeting needs, I've been doing taxes for many years prior to starting Certified Tax Service. It wasn't until my associates began asking me to do their's is when I created the company.
