About
Former IRS Revenue Agent (1978-1985). Preparing individual, partnership and estate tax returns for 34 years. Unfiled returns on a case by case basis.
I enjoy helping people pay all the tax they owe and not one penny more! I beleive we (american citizens) have a duty and responsibility to support the government with our encouragement, questions, prayers, and our taxes. I do not beleive we are supposed to pay more than our share. I look for every possible credit, best tax rate and savings I can find to ensure my clients get the largest refund or pay the least in additional taxes.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to explain my process in the introduction message when I reply to the request for a quote. I am open to any safe method for meeting with the client regarding the difficulties brought about by the Corvid 19 pandemic. My best case scenario is for the client to scan their documents and uoload them to my DropBox page using an encrypted secure link. This gives me time to review the data and determine if any additional documents will be required.
When return is complete I send an 8879 Efile Signature document through DocuSign to get the 1 or 2 signatures required before e-filing the return. the TP also receives a digital copy of the completed return to review prior to signing the 8879. Once I receive the 8879 and sign it too, I e-file the return, notify the TP when it has been accepted by the IRS (just means there are no procedural problems with the return) and make arrangements to deliver all of the TP documents plus the complete set of documents that make up the tax year package.
I ask the TP not to pay until they are notified the return has been accepted by the IRS, and I accept cash, checks, and Venmo for payments.
